Worked with a telecom firm to expand its market share in Central & Western India. Briefly worked with an HR consulting firm, designing investment portfolio, payroll consulting & management, compensation & benefits management and general HR practices.
Worked with a Hong-Kong based risk mitigation firm & one of the Big 4s, extensively in the field of Brand Protection (Anti-counterfeiting program) i.e. handling assignments on infringement of Trade Mark / Patents / Copyrights. Opining on resistibility and availability of brands to various national and international clients. Conducting in-house trainings and seminars on awareness of IPR laws and international treaties protecting the intellectual property on global basis. Market Survey (Primary & Secondary (Online)). Assessing Scale of Operations/Activities (Category of Violation, Seizure, etc.). Coordination with Enforcement Agencies & law firms in procuring court orders. Coordinating Civil & Criminal Action/Raid, Market Sweep for various clients facing counterfeiting issues in & outside India.
Graduated in Commerce & Law. Completed MBA specializing in Finance & Marketing. Certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Actively participated in various seminars & workshops (nationally & internationally) on issues related to growth of IPR laws & growing menace of counterfeiting.
